Keenan “Crackers” Hinton runs out for game number 150 tomorrow, when our Seniors take on Mount Evelyn at home.

One of our homegrown stars, Crackers has been a mainstay of the Senior backline for the best part of a decade. With a powerful leg on him, the drive he provides off the half backline has been the origin of many a rebounding goal over the years, especially in the “intimate” environment of the Dome.

Great overhead and with a good turn of speed, Crackers has the versatility to look after the talls and the smalls of an opposition forward line. His leadership has blossomed over the years, seeing him feature in our Senior Leadership Group over the past few seasons.

Please join us in wishing Keenan luck in his 150th outing in the Yellow and Black!

Nothing illustrates the perpetual disrespect suffered by backmen more than the attached graphic. Hours were spent trawling through images and the best that could be found of this staunch Ressies fullback is a photo that looks like it’s been taken with a potato!

Cult hero and plumber-to-the-stars Stephen “Moose” Capon celebrates game 50 this weekend when the Reserves take on Emerald. Please join us in congratulating the big Moose on his milestone!
