On behalf of the Upwey Tecoma and Gembrook Cockatoo Football Netball Clubs, we issue a
reminder that the umpires are an essential part of today's match and deserve to be treated with
Respect at all times.
Abusive, insulting or derogatory comments directed at umpires from the sidelines are
unacceptable. While everyone is entitled to support their team passionately, abuse of match
officials will not be tolerated.
We ask all spectators to set a positive example by encouraging players and respecting the
decisions of our umpires. Without umpires, there is no game.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable
environment for everyone involved.

The Upwey Tecoma Football and Netball Club, founded in 1946, marks eighty years as an important local sports club in the Dandenong Ranges. For generations it has brought together families, young players, volunteers and local businesses. We invite current and past members, players, and supporters to celebrate this milestone and remember the club's long history of community involvement, sporting growth and strong organisation.
Join us for an evening to celebrate our history, honour our inaugural Hall of Fame inductees, recognize outstanding teams, and celebrate both the Football and Netball Teams of the Decade for 2006–2015 and 2016–2025.
